INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Before venting, slide The Steam Boss onto release valve.
2. Ensure area in front of steam outlet is clear.
3. Open steam release valve.
4. To ensure the integrity of appliance operation, do not attach The Steam Boss until cooking is completed and venting is desired.
