The All American 30 quart can hold 19 pint Jars or 14 quart Jars so it will suit the most avid canner and feed the largest family. Any way one point to consider is its dimensions. It stands 19'' high and you may find that it may not be suitable if you have an above the stove microwave or something similar.One benefit due to the height of the 30 quart, is that when cooking you do not need to stoop to check the pressure gauge.
